摘　　要：本文阐述了一种腹水超滤回输专用管路的设计及应用过程,该管路的独特多通路组合具有防堵塞功能,能有效地滤除回输治疗过程中的凝结块状物质,解决了以往使用的血滤管路的易堵塞、易引发腹腔感染等问题,提高了回输浓缩液的通过率和浓缩蛋白的回收率,降低了患者感染的发生率。This paper introduced the design and application processes of a dedicated anti-blocking pipeline for ultraifltration reinfusion of ascites. Due to its unique combination of mutiple channels, the anti-blocking pipeline can effectively iflter the coagulum produced in the reinfusion process, which has solved the problems of the original pipeline that can cause blocking and abdominal infection. The passing rate of concentrated liquor and the recovery rate of protein concentrate have beed improved and the infection rate of patients has been reduced with the application of the anti-blocking pipeline.
