摘 要:目的探讨18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)符合线路显像各种伪影的影像学表现及其产生的原理。方法回顾性分析行符合线路18F-FDG显像患者的图像,根据产生伪影的不同原因进行分类,对临床不常见的18F-FDG生理性摄取进行分析归纳。结果常见伪影有呼吸运动伪影和各种高密度物质伪影,以及注射点外漏和体外放射性污染。鉴别出不常见的生理性摄取有子宫内膜摄取和脂肪摄取。结论 18F-FDG符合显像的伪影影像学表现可分为"热区"和"冷区"。其中不常见的生理性摄取主要表现为"热区",不常见的生理性摄取多与检查技术及检查准备有关。Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations and generation principles of various artifacts in 18F-deoxyglucose (FDG) coincidence imaging. Methods The images of patients examined by 18F-FDG coincidence imaging were retrospectively analyzed and the artifacts of the images were classified according to the generation reasons. Then uncommon physiological 18F-FDG uptakes in clinic were analyzed and summarized. Results Common artifacts included breathing artifacts and various high-density material artifacts as well as injection point leakage and radioactive contamination in vitor. Uncommon physiological uptakes included endometrial uptake and fat intake. Conclusion The imaging manifestations of artifacts in 18SF-FDG coincidence images could be classified as "hot zones" and "cold zones" and the mainly imaging manifestations of uncommon physiological uptakes was "hot zones". Uncommon physiological uptakes were mostly related to examination techniques and preparation for examination.
