夏枯草片联合抗菌药物治疗急性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察夏枯草片联合抗菌药物治疗急性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法:将84例急性乳腺炎患者按照就诊次序随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组患者给予常规抗菌药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联用夏枯草片治疗,连续治疗7天后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,对照组总有效率为90.5%,观察组总有效率为61.9%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夏枯草片联合抗菌药物治疗急性乳腺炎疗效确切,可避免细菌耐药现象,值得临床推广应用。Objective:Integrative observed clinical effects of the treatment of acute mastitis.Methods:The 84 cases of acute mastitis,breast surgery patients admitted to outpatient treatment in accordance with the order randomly divided into observation group and control group,all 42 cases.The control group received conventional antibiotic therapy.Observation group on the basis of the control group therapy combined with Prunella tablets.Continuous treatment seven days for a course,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after 7days.Results:After treatment,the control group,the total effective rate was 90.4%.Observation group,the total effective rate was 60.9%.Observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prunella tablets combined antibiotic therapy is effective in acute mastitis.
