摘 要:论文针对葛亭煤矿2325工作面大坡度轨道顺槽具体条件,采用数值方法与工程类比相结合方法,分析了巷道围岩应力及变形特点,得出了大坡度综放顺槽不仅顶板(煤)稳定性差、存在超前抽冒的危险,而且底板存在滑移破坏、迎头煤壁存在片帮坍塌危险。因此,在基本支护基础上,需要采用超前锚杆防止顶板(煤)超前抽冒、采用底板锚杆防止底板屈曲破坏和滑移、采用迎头锚杆防止迎头煤壁坍塌破坏。按照给出的支护加固方案进行了现场试验应用,有效地控制了大坡度综放顺槽围岩变形与破坏,取得较好的效果。该成果对类似大坡度综放顺槽施工与支护有一定指导借鉴作用。Aiming at the speciifc conditions of the track entry with large slope of 2325 working face in GeTing coal mine, combining with the numerical methods in engineering analogy, analysis of the surrounding rock stress and deformation characteristics, it showed that the track entry with large slope not only has the poor stability and the risk super caving, but also has the bottom slipping and the coal wall spalling on collapse of danger. Therefore, in the basic supporting basis, need to adopt advanced anchor to prevent the roof (coal) advanced caving , the lfoor rock bolt to prevent the bottom buckling and slip, the head bolt to prevent head-on coal wall collapse. According to the scheme of reinforcement of the site test and application, the effective control of the large slope caving along the deformation and failure of surrounding rock groove, and achieved good effect. The results of roadway construction and support has a certain guiding reference to similar large slope caving.
