摘 要:针对沿空留巷穿层钻孔抽采被保护层卸压瓦斯时浓度及含量不稳定的工程现状,研究了一种新型的特制厚壁石油套管及由两者组合的双层套管护孔方式,并对其抽采效果进行了考察。研究表明:采前施工的穿层钻孔终孔位置布置在内错顺槽30m处经济合理,新型留巷钻孔法煤与瓦斯共采技术使单孔瓦斯抽采能力得到大幅提升,单孔最大瓦斯抽采流量达4.9m3/min以上,最大瓦斯抽采浓度高达95.28%,为工作面的安全生产提供了保障。In view of the engineering actuality of the unstable gas concentration when the pressure relief gas in the protective layer is mined by the drilling borehole down and cross the seam with gob-side entry retaining, a new type of protecting hole with the special thick wall oil casing and the combined double sleeve is researched. Simultaneously, the extraction results were studied. The Research shows that:it is economic and reasonable that the position of the drilling hole crossing the seam is arranged the place distancing 30m from the gate road, and the single span gas extraction ability get improved by the new method of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas technology in the channel along goaf. The single span maximum gas extraction lfow is more than 4.9m3/min, and the largest concentration of the gas extraction is as high as 95.28%.It provided the safeguard for safety production of working face.
