摘　　要：目的通过建立突发传染病疫情综合应急处置平台,为应急状态下实施科学、准确、及时的突发传染病疫情应急处置提供辅助决策依据。方法基于Windows平台,运用SQL server、Visual Foxpro决策模型等技术,构建突发传染病疫情综合应急处置系统平台。结果该系统由突发传染病疫情处置基础数据库(包括专家知识库)和疫情数据采集模块、信息检索查询模块、突发传染病疫情处置模块、疫情预警模块和传染病疫情辅助判别和反馈模块、系统维护等功能模块构成。结论构建突发传染病疫情综合应急处置系统平台对传染病疫情应急处置工作而言非常必要。Objective To establish a comprehensive emergency response platform, the epidemic outbreaks of infectious diseases can be handled correctly, and timely for polycy making. Methods Based on the Windows platform, the use of SQL server, Visual FoxPro decision model and other technologies, the emergency response platform was built. Resuits The system consists of emergency of infectious diseases database （including expert knowledge） and the modules of outbreak data acquisition, information retrieval, emergency treatment of infectious diseases, infectious disease epidemic early warning and auxiliary discrimination and feedback, system maintenance and other functional modules. Conclusions It is necessary to build a emergency response platform for emergency response work.
