中医康复单元疗法对急性脑卒中患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中医康复单元疗法对急性脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:将70例患者随机分为中医康复单元组(A组)与普通病房组(B组),两组均接受常规药物治疗,A组患者以针灸治疗为主,并根据患者病情制定系统的康复疗程,配以健康宣教、心理辅导、语言与肢体功能恢复训练,B组患者仅进行疾病的常规治疗。分别采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SSQOL-100)、Barthel指数评定表、上下肢运动功能评定表(FMA)对两组患者的生存质量、运动功能进行评定并对比。结果:A组在SSQOL-100、Barthel指数、FMA三项的改善情况均要优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医康复单元疗法治疗急性脑卒中患者整体疗效显著,可有效改善患者的运动功能与生活能力,从整体上提高患者的生存质量。Objective：To observe the influence of TCM rehabilitation unit treatment on life quality of patients with acute cerebral stroke. Methods：70 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into the TCM rehabilitathm group （A group） and the common ward group （ B group）. All the patients in two groups received conventional drug treatment. Patients in group A mainly were given acupuncture and systematic rehabilitation according to the condition of patients,accompanied with health education,psychn- logical counseling, reeovey training of language and limb function. While patients in group B were given only conventional lreatmenl. Using stroke specific quality of lite scale （SSQOL- 100） ,Barthel index, upper and lower extremity motor function assessment scale （ FMA ） were evahmted and compared in terms of the quality of life,the motor function of the two groups of patients. Restdts：The improvemenl of SSQOL- 100, Barthel index and FMA in group A were better than those of B group,and the differenee had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：TCM rehabilitation unit comprehensive tberapy was effective for patients with acute cerebral stroke,and could greatly imprnve the motor funetion and life ability of patients,and their life quality as the whole.
