摘　　要：构建领导干部作风建设长效机制,必须健全领导干部作风建设的教育机制、党员干部密切联系群众的机制、党的作风建设监督制约机制,促进领导干部作风建设良性发展的制度体系的形成。To establish long-term mechanism for the construction of Party＇s leading cadres＇ style of work,the educational mechanism for the construction of Party＇s leading cadres＇ style of work,the mechanism of maintaining close ties with people and the supervision mechanism to the construction of Party＇s style of work should be perfect,which can make the construction of Party＇s leading cadres＇ style of work develop positively.
