摘　　要：医疗机构的大型化和医疗服务的市场化对公立医院来说,除了带来严峻的考验也提供了改革的借鉴。医疗机构整合的发展模式为公立医院提供了一个新的改革模式参考,公立医院如何发挥"团结力量大"的优势,利用不同医院间的专业和特长采取联盟的优势,发挥规模经济效益,将改革效益回馈到医院的医疗服务和管理机制,形成公立医院治理的良好循环,值得期待。The development mode of medical institutions integration provides a new reference for public hospitals reform model. How to use the ＂union is power＂advantage of public hospitals,to take the union advantage of hospitals between different professional expertise and specialty,to exploit scale economic effect,to reward reform results to the hospital medical service and management mechanism,thus a good circulation of public hospital governance will be expected.
