摘　　要：生态文明制度体系建设是一项复杂的系统工程,既是生态文明建设的制度保障,又是生态文明建设的重要内容。推进生态文明制度体系建设,必须坚持和把握相对独立性与融贯性相结合的原则、普遍性和特殊性相结合的原则、渐进性与不平衡性相结合的原则。The construction of ecological civilization system is a complex system project. It is not only a system guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization, but also an important content of construction of ecological civilization. Promoting the construction of ecological civilization system must adhere to and grasp the principles of relative independence and coherent combination, combination of universality and particularity, and combination of gradualism and unbalance.
