摘 要:采用ANSYS/AUTODYN仿真实验的方法研究不同灭火弹弹体形状及中心装药结构对灭火剂抛撒作用的影响。建立柱状、球状和纺锤状3种弹形,分别采用经典中心装药和改进型中心装药结构共6种模型进行仿真计算。灭火弹水剂部分质量为7kg,各模型爆轰抛撒仿真云模拟采用光滑粒子动力学方法(SPH)。在纺锤体灭火弹仿真模型中建立7个测量点研究弹体各部分水粒爆轰后的速度及位移情况。结果表明:不同弹体形状和装药结构对产生的水雾形状均有一定影响;水粒在经历极短时间的速度变化后便开始进行类匀速运动,其位移曲线也相应地呈直线状增加。ANSYS /LS-DYNA simulation experiment method was adopted to study the effect of different body shapes and center charge structure on fire extinguishing agent scatters. Through the establishment of cylindrical, spherical and spindle -shaped body, respectively using the classic center charge and improved center charge structure to calculate. The water in the extinguishing ammunition was 7 kg, the simulation of dispersal used the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH). The veloci- ty and displacement of water particle were studied by 7 detec tion point in the simulation model of spindle extinguishing am munition. The investigation showed that: Different bodies and charge structures had a certain effect on shape of mist. After a short time variation of speed, the movement of water tablets had been roughly uniform motion. Accordingly, their displace ment curves also crease linearly.
