摘　　要：马铃薯脱毒原种一年制供种技术是根据马铃薯植株的生物学特性和生长发育规律,利用与组培室脱毒试管苗切段繁殖相同的原理和技术及巧妙利用当地高、中、低海拔地理气候条件,以脱毒试管苗、温室水培苗和水培薯、高海拔基地大面积栽培水培苗的方式一年内生产批量脱毒原种。应用此项技术解决了组培基础种苗繁殖和源头种薯生产量少的瓶颈难题,使最新育成的马铃薯新品种在生产上能尽快推广应用。Detoxificating potato original species with one year system of species technology is a kind of technology based on the potato plant of biology characteristics and growth regulation. Group culture room was used to detoxificate tube seedlings principle and technology of cut paragraph breeding. Local high, middle, and low elevation geographic climate conditions were used to detoxificate tube seedlings, and water culture seedlings in greenhouse and water culture potato in high elevation base. Application of this technology can foundation seed by tissue culture,solve bottleneck problems of sources of seed potato pro-duction popularize the latest incubation, and appliy new potato varieties in production as soon as possible.
