摘　　要：通过设计正交试验,对羊毛进行预处理和染色研究。重点考察了植物红花染料对羊毛的直接染色和同媒染色中时间、温度、媒染剂种类以及媒染剂用量等因素对染色效果的影响。确定了羊毛预处理的最优工艺为甲酸40 mL/L,双氧水50 mL/L,温度50℃,时间15 min。染色工艺条件为直接染色温度70℃,染色时间30 min,浴比1∶70(g∶mL);同媒染色温度为85℃,染色时间40 min,媒染剂用量8%,媒染剂Sn2+。By orthogonal test the pretreatment and dyeing of wools were studied. It focused on the dyeing effects of safflower with different time, temperatures, mordant species and dosage in two modes. The results showed that optimum conditions for the pretreatment of wool were formic acid of 40 mL/L, hydrogen peroxide of 50 mL/L, temperature of 50℃, time of 15 min. Dyeing conditions were direct dyeing 30 min under 70℃ with bath ratio of 1：70 （g：mL）; mordant dyeing 40 min under 85℃with mordant Sn2＋ of 8%.
