基于SD法探讨土地流转实施后农民生活条件的改变——以成都市新津县为例

摘　　要：以成都市新津县土地流转示范村袁山社区和花碑社区为例,探讨土地流转政策实施后当地农民在生产模式、生活水平、居住模式、居住环境、交通以及邻里关系等方面的改变。通过SD法分析研究,得出新社区建设中人民生活水平提高、居住环境得到改善以及社区劳动力利用率不高、活力不足等结论,并利用回归分析方法,计算出让居民较为满意的就业率、绿化率等指标的数值,给当地政府提出具有具体指标的相关建议。Taking Yuanshan and Huabei community in Xinjin county of Chengdu as examples, the new changes upon the pro-duction, living standard, residence, transports, as well as neighbor hood relations of local farmers under land transforming pol-icy were scientifically studied. It is concluded that people′s living standard and environment were improved, but community′s labor use was low and it had a shortage of energy through SD analysis. The ideal index range at employment and community green-ing rate within residents′ satisfaction was provided through forth-back method for the purpose of giving a proposal to the local government.
