摘  要:为确诊引起某养貂场的主要细菌性疾病,对山东省诸城市某水貂养殖户送检的5只病貂进行剖检,根据病貂的临床症状、病理剖检变化及对分离纯化的细菌进行形态特征观察、生化试验、细菌16SrRNA PCR鉴定、药物敏感试验、致病性试验,确诊为绿脓杆菌感染。药物敏感试验结果表明,分离菌株对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星高度敏感,对多黏菌素、强力霉素、头孢噻肟中度敏感,对替米考星、复方新诺明、甲氧苄啶、土霉素、痢菌净等耐药,分离菌株对小鼠有很强的致病性,半数致死量为3.2×107cfu/mL。In order to identify the main bacterial pathogens that caused the death of minks in a farm,we dissected five dead minks that submitted by one farmer of Zhucheng,Shandong province.These isolates belonged to Pseudomonas aeruginosa according to the examination of fresh samples by clinical analysis,pathological observation,and then the bacteria were identified by morphological characteristics,drug susceptibility test,pathogenicity test and 16 SrRNA sequencing.Drug sensitivity test indicated that the bacterial isolates were highly sensitive to ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin,intermediate sensitive to polymyxin,doxycyclin and cefotaxime,resistant to timicosin,sulfamethoxazole,trimethoprim,oxytetracycline,mequindox and so on.Pathogenicity tests indicated the isolates could cause high morbidity or death in healthy mice and its median lethal dose was 3.2×10^7cfu/mL.
