摘  要:建立了基于离子液体的旋涡辅助液液微萃取一液相色谱法测定纺织品中致癌芳香胺的方法。研究了萃取剂的体积、萃取时间、萃取液pH值及离子强度等对萃取效率和富集倍数的影响。优化后的条件为:5mL反应液中加入70L 1-己基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐,2800r/min下旋涡混合3min,离心5min。在上述萃取条件下,21种芳香胺的富集倍数为11~186倍,21种芳香胺在0.5(或1.0)~40mg/kg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,RSD〈10%(n=6),定量检出限(S/N=10)低于1mg/kg。A novel method is established for the determination of banned aromatic amines in textiles by ionic liquid-based vortex-assisted liquid-liquld microextraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. Some conditions that might affect the extraction efficiency, such as the volume of extraction solvent, extraction duration, pH value of extraction solvent and ionic strength are optimized to be that: 5mL aqueous extract, 70 L 1 -hexyl -3 -methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, vortexed at 2 800 r/min for 3mins, then centrifuged for 5rains. Under the above mentioned conditions, the extraction enrichment factor of 21 aromatic amines is in the range of 11 - 186. Good linear relationship is obtained in concentration of 0.5 ( or 1.0 ) ~ 40mg/kg of 21 aromatic amines with correlation coefficient being over 0.995. RSD 〈 10% (n=6). and limit of quantification being below 1 mg/kg( S/N = 10).
