摘 要:采用当年黄花棘豆种子在不同处理条件及温度条件下进行发芽试验,以确定黄花棘豆最适宜的发芽条件,为今后盆栽试验提供种苗.结果:不同处理方法对黄花棘豆种子的发芽率和发芽势影响显著,以砂纸打磨法最优,当年种子的发芽率和发芽势可分别达到72.96%和64.44%.硫酸处理易形成霉烂种子,不易采用.温度对黄花棘豆种子的发芽率和发芽势影响不显著,而温度达25℃以上时,易使种子霉烂,应采用15 ~ 20℃为适宜发芽温度.O. ochrocephala Seed Germination was tested under different processing conditions and temperature conditions for determining the most appropriate germination conditions, and providing seedling in pot experiment. The results showed that the different processing methods had a great effect on seed germination rate and germination potentialw the optimal method is sand paper burnish. The seed germination rate and germination potential can reach 72.96% and 66.44% respectively. Sulfuric acid treatment lead to mildew seeds. Temperature has not a great effect on seed germination rate and germination potential , and when temperature reach above 25 ℃, lead to seed mildew. The suitable germination temperature is between 15℃ and 20℃.
