摘　　要：文章探讨了半精纺产品与工艺技术创新的方向。半精纺产品创新的方向:引入各种天然纤维、开发高档稀有动物纤维的纯纺与混纺纱、利用纺纱新技术创新开发高档次半精纺纱线、利用新型化纤开发功能化差异化半精纺线。半精纺工艺技术创新:优选半精纺原料、优化原料预处理与混合技术、重视梳理工序的设备创新与工艺优化、并粗工序设备的改进与工艺优化、细纱工序积极加快纺纱新技术的应用、重视定形工艺,提高半精纺产品纹路清晰度。This paper discusses new directions for the innovations in semi-worsted products and related technologies. Innovations in semi-worsted products include introducing various natural fibers, developing high-grade pure or blended yarn of rare animal hairs, developing high-grade semi-worsted yarn by using new spinning technologies and developing functional and differential semi-worsted yarn by using innovative chemical fibers. The innovations in semi-worsted spinning technologies include selecting proper raw materials, optimizing raw material pre-treatment and blending technologies; optimizing carding, drawing and roving processes and improving related machines and equipment; introducing new spinning technologies to spinning process; attach importance to setting process and ensuring distinctive line of semi-worsted products.
