摘 要:以ZnAc2·2H2O为原料,在非水条件下引入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分散剂,通过80℃回流3h形成前驱物,然后在50℃与LiOH·H2O反应,制备出小尺寸、单分散、稳定性高的ZnO量子点。探究了PVP包覆ZnO量子点的形成机理,以及PVP加量、体系温度、陈化时间与ZnO量子点的半径大小和稳定性之间的关系。采用TEM和XRD对制备产物的形貌和物相组成进行了表征,以紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光光谱仪研究了所合成ZnO量子点的光学特性。The ZnO quantum dots with small size, good dispersion, high stability were prepared by the reaction of ZnO precursor and LiOH · H2O at 50 ℃. The ZnO precursor was prepared with ZnAc2 · 2H2O and polyvinyl pyr- rolidone (PVP) by a refluxing method in the non-aqueous solution at 80 ℃ for 3 h. The relationship among the addi- tive amount of PVP, the system temperature, the aging time, the average size and the stability of ZnO quantum dots were studied and the formation mechanism of PVP-coated ZnO quantum dots were also researched. The morphology and phase composition of the products were characterized by TEM and XRD, and the optical properties were analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and spectrofluorophotometer.
