摘  要:针对朝川矿牛庄副立井井筒淋水的问题,采用密度低、扩散性强的RSS高分子化学堵水材料,结合低成本水泥注浆材料,进行浅孔深孔交叉注浆。浆液渗透、扩散岩层渗水裂隙,达到加固井筒、封堵出水目的,科学合理地解决了朝川矿牛庄副立井井筒淋水大的问题。淋水段经注浆治理后,涌水量不大于3m3/h,将剩余水经导水管导出治理范围,实现了井筒内无淋水。Based on Chaochuan Mine Niuzhuang vice shaft wellbore water spray problem, low density, strong diffusibility of RSS polymer chemical water plugging material was adopted, combined with the low cost of cement grouting materials, shallow and deep hole crossing grouting was conducted, slurry infiltration water penetration, diffusion strata cranny achieved purpose of strengthening weUbore, blocking water, which reasonably solved Chaochuan Mine Niuzhuang vice shaft wellbore water spray problem. The water spray section water inflow was not more than 3 m3/h after treatment, the remain water was led out of treatment area through aqueduct, without water spray in shaft.
