摘  要:针对工业生产中常用的节段式多级离心泵能耗突出的问题,基于CFD流动模拟计算,提出了容积损失、圆盘摩擦损失和水力损失的计算方法.以一中低比转速径向导叶式离心泵两级泵级为例,进行了流动数值模拟和容积损失、圆盘摩擦损失和水力损失等能耗的计算,预测了多级泵的性能曲线,得到了关于泵级能耗的一般定性规律,并与试验数据进行了对比分析.计算预测曲线与实测曲线较为吻合,表明采用所提出的流动数值计算及能量损失计算方法预测节段式多级离心泵性能是切实可行的.Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption in multi-stage centrifugal pump,a calculation method of volume loss,disc friction loss and hydraulic loss is developed based on the numerical simulation of flow field in the pump.The losses are figured out corresponding to the model of a medium-low specific speed two-stage pump with radial diffusers.The energy loss is calculated;and the performance of pump is predicted.Several qualitative rules are concluded by analyzing the result of energy loss of the pump stage.The calculated results are compared with tests in a good agreement.Therefore the approaches of loss analysis could be effective,so as to provide assistance for designing and optimizing.
