摘　　要：针对某机型发动机高压油泵凸轮(以下简称油泵凸轮)异常磨损失效问题,运用质量工具因果分析图,从微观和宏观对零部件及系统设计的合理性进行分析,最终分析出油泵凸轮磨损的主要原因,提出整改措施,并通过试验验证整改措施。This paper introduces abnormal wear failure problem of one engine pump cam. By using quality tools causal figure, it analyzes from the micro and macro, the rationality of the system design of object. Finally it points main reasons cam wear and proposes measures for improvement.
