摘  要:为了掌握寄生虫病对天山牦牛的危害程,采用饱和盐水漂浮法和水洗沉淀法,从82份牦牛粪样中检出线虫卵40份,球虫卵14份,吸虫卵4份。线虫卵阳性率48.8%,平均EPG值范围100~700;球虫卵阳性率17.07%,EPG值范围100~300;吸虫卵阳性率4.88%,EPG值范围100~200。通过对不同虫卵和不同年龄牦牛感染情况分析,结合天山牧场草原畜牧业的生产实际,提出了主要寄生虫病的防治措施。ObjectivelThe aim ot the study was to master the harm degree of parasitic diseases to tians- han yak. [Method]Saturated saline floating method and washing precipitation method were used in this study. [Results]There were 40 copies of Nematode eggs, 14 copies of ball worm eggs, 4 copies of trematode eggs detected from 82 Yak dung samp trematode eggs were 48.8%, 17.07% and 4 es. The positive rates of Nematode eggs, ball worm eggs, 88%, respectively. The average EPG value range of Nematode eggs, ball worm eggs, trematode eggs were 100~700, 100~300, 100~200, respectively. [Conclusion]The authors put forward the main parasitic disease prevention and control measures, through analysis on different eggs and different age yak infections, combining the reality of tianshan meadow grassland animal husbandry production,
