摘  要:利用吹灰优化建模软件、Ovation系统高级控制算法和虚拟控制器等技术,针对燃煤锅炉不同受热面分别建立了清洁系数模型,设计了一系列控制逻辑,包括动态定义吹灰序列逻辑、再热汽温保护逻辑、疏水系统保护逻辑、吹灰序列排队逻辑和吹灰过程仿真逻辑,等;采集了Ovation系统中32个月的历史数据,利用统计学方法对吹灰优化效果进行了定量分析。实践证实了在660MW超超临界机组锅炉上投用闭环吹灰优化系统,不但改善了再热汽温,提高了机组的经济性和安全性,还降低了运行人员的劳动强度,规范了吹灰过程的操作。Based on soot blowing model building software,advanced control algorism and virtual controller of Ovation system,etc,the cleaning factor models for each boiler heating surfaces were built,and a serials of logics were designed including dynamical configuration of soot blowing sequence,reheat temperature protection,drain water protection,sequence lining up,process simulation,etc.Historical data of 32 months was collected to evaluate the effect of soot blowing optimization system with statistic method.The optimization system was implemented on 660MW super-critical boiler which was proven successful in increasing the reheat temperature,improving economics and safety of the unit,reducing the labor intensity of the operator,and en-hancing the standardization of the soot blowing procedure.
