拆除脱硫旁路挡板的分析及改造措施

摘  要:为了改进和提升脱硫环保设施的运行效率,在增设脱硝系统的同时,拆除了机组脱硫旁路挡板,增设了脱硫增压风机旁路烟道及事故喷淋系统。为了确保脱硫设备的安全、经济、稳定运行,在硬件改造方面,采取二路不间断供电电源、增设工程师站、冗余设置重要输入/输出信号、重要保护信号采取"三取二"策略进行优化设计;在软件修改方面,脱硫系统跳闸后主燃料立刻跳闸、增压风机跳闸后快速减负荷、优化增压风机跳闸条件、增设联锁保护功能、协调各方进行联合调试、更新脱硫画面背景等工作;在机组运行方面,拆除旁路烟道后要注意冷、热态启动事项和低负荷运行节能措施。实践证实了在增设脱硝系统的同时,拆除脱硫旁路挡板是可行、准确的,具有节能减排效果。In order to improve and upgrade the efficiency of desulfurization environmental protection facilities, we demolish the desulfurization bypass damper.But we add denitration system,bypass flue for desulfurization booster fan and accident spray system at the same time.We make three improvements in order to ensure the safety,economic and stable operation of the desulfurization equipment.In terms of hardware transformation, use uninterrupted power supply,add engineer station,redundant set important input/output signals,and the important protection signals take “three choose two”strategy;In terms of software changes,make the main fuel tripped immediately after desulfurization system tripped,load reduced rapidly after the blower fan tripped, optimize of blower fan tripping condition,add the interlock protection function,co-ordinate for joint debugging and update the desulfurization screen background,etc.In terms of unit operation,after the demolition of bypass flue should pay attention to the cold and hot startup and energy saving measures for low load operation. Practice confirmed that added denitration system and demolished the desulfurization bypass damper at the same time is feasible and accurate.It also has the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
