摘 要:特殊运行环境下,一些常规电能测量方法可能出现问题。仿真计算揭示了目前宽量程电能表常用的量程切换机制产生误差的原因,介绍了一种新的电流采样方法及其实现方案。新方法采用多调理采样支路并列运行方式,消除量程切换导致的采样数据误差,实现电流宽范围快速波动运行环境下的电流准确采样。以该方法研制的设备经计量部门测试合格。该方法可用于安装式冲击负荷电能表及其检定用标准电能表设计。Under special working conditions,problems may occur in conventional measurement methods for electric energy. The simulation calculation reveals the reason of error comes from the range switching mechanism that commonly used in wide range energy meters at present. The new current sampling method and its implementing strategy are presented. By adopting parallel operation mode with multiple conditioning and sampling branches,the sampling data error caused by range switching is eliminated,thus accurate current sampling under operating environment with rapid fluctuation of current in wide range is realized. The equipment developed with this method has been tested and qualified by the metrology department. The method can be used for panel-mounted load energy meters and the design of standard energy meters for calibration.
