摘 要:对7×××系的7A04、7075铝合金棒材、锻件中存在的点状缺陷,通过低倍组织、显微组织、扫描电镜以及能谱分析等检测手段进行了组织分析,确定了7A04、7075铝合金棒材、锻件经加工成零件氧化后出现点状缺陷实质为Al-Fe、Al-Cr-Mn化合物偏析。对该化合物偏析形成的机制、影响因素和工艺改进措施进行了论述。The microstructure of point defects in forgings and rods of 7A04 and 7075 aluminum alloys, typical alloys among 7000 series, was analyzed by the macrostructure test, the mierostructure test, the test of electronic scanning microscope and energy spectrum analysis. After the forgings and rods of 7A04 and 7075 aluminum alloys were machined into the parts and oxidized, point defects occurred, and they were actually caused by segregation of A1-Fe and A1-Cr-Mn compounds. Meanwhile, discussion was made on the formation mechanism of compound segregation, the influence factors and the process improvement measures.
