摘　　要：随着高等教育的改革和发展，大学生的权益意识在逐步增强，高校被频频推上被告席，“高校被诉”成为了社会关注的热点问题。这些案例的出现反映了目前大学生管理中确实存在亟待解决的问题，也引起了人们对大学生管理实现法治化的思考。本文通过分析高校与学生的法律关系，指出高校学生管理中的非法治化现象，从而提出推进大学生管理法治化的建议。With the reform and development of higher education, college students’ consciousness of rights and interests is gradually enhancing, and colleges are accused frequently, which makes "colleges being appealed" a hot social issue. This issue reflects the fact that there are some problems demanding prompt solution in present college student management, and has given rise to some considerations for the legalization of college student management. This paper mainly discusses the legal nexus between college and students, discloses some illegal phenomena about the college student management, and proposes some suggestions for the legalization of college student management.
