摘  要:采用丙烯酸酯类单体接枝改性含铬废渣水解蛋白液,并添加防腐剂,制备可长期保存的蛋白乳液。研究引发剂(过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、偶氮二异丁腈和过氧化苯甲酰)及其用量、乳化剂用量、水解液蛋白含量以及乳液固含量,对合成产品性能的影响,结果表明:采用3%过硫酸钾、2%乳化剂、40%蛋白含量和40%乳液固含量制备的蛋白乳液,性能最好。对乳酸钠、苯甲酸钠、丙酸钠、山梨酸钾和硼砂的抑菌效果进行了比较,结果表明,0.2%苯甲酸钠的抑菌效果最好。Long - term preserved protein emulsion was gained by using acrylate monomers grafted chromium residue protein hy- drolysate with adding some preservatives. The effects of various initiators( (NH4 )2S2Os, K2S2Os, 2,2 - azobisisobutyronitrile and benzoyl peroxide), dosage of initiator, emulsifier and protein hydrolysate and latex solid content on uct were investigated. The results show that when K2S20s is selected to be the initiator at the dosage performance of synthetic prod- of 3 %, the optimum perform- ance of protein emulsion is obtained while the dosage of emulsifier, protein hydrolysate and latex solid content are 2%, 40% and 40% respectively. The bacteriostasis effect of sodium lactate, sodium benzoate, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate and borax on protein emulsion were compared. The results demonstrate that the sodium benzoate is the best preservative at the dosage of 0. 2%.
