摘　　要：分析了基于移动互联网的定位服务平台的需求,阐述了如何综合运用GPS技术、移动通信技术、数据库技术等,结合地理信息服务技术,集成人员、移动终端设备等专题信息,构建GPS定位平台,实现地理信息数据的共建共享、人员信息的综合分析和集成服务。对GIS在LBS应用方面的关键技术及应用模式进行了初步研究和探讨。In this paper, we analyzed the demand of the Mobile Internetbased Position Service System, and explained how the integrated use of GPS technology, mobile communications technology, database technology, combined with geographic information services, and thematic information such as integrate personnel, mobile terminal equipment, to build GPS positioning platform, and offered GIS data sharing, comprehensive analysis and integration services of personnel information. The key technology and application mode of GIS in LBS application were discussed in detail.
