摘　　要：通过GIS和富客户端RIA技术,开发了旅游公众服务系统。采用富客户端技术Silverlight,构建友好的用户界面;在旅游地图服务和信息查询基础上,挖掘旅游要素属性数据,保证系统的实用性和易用性;增加图片、视频等多媒体信息,加强系统的形象性和趣味性;采用虚拟旅游、三维漫游等方式,丰富系统的表现形式。In order to meet the public demand for tourism information, to provide users with detailed and unique information of tourist areas, the tourism public ser vice system was developed by means of Geographic Information System(GIS) and Rich Internet Application(RIA).The tourism public service system can construct a friendly and beautiful user interface using Silverlight. Besides providing tourism map services and information query, the system mines the attribute data of tourism elements deeply to ensure the utility and ease of use, and adds pictures, videos and other multimedia information to enhance the vividness and interesting and use virtual tour, 3D roaming and other forms to enrich system performance and enhance the attractiveness of the users.
