摘  要:应用ICP-AES对肥料中微量元素钼、硼、锰、锌、铁、铜含量同时进行测定.比对了国标中原子吸收光谱法[1],此方法简便、快速.测定肥料中6种微量元素(钼、硼、锰、锌、铁、铜)的线性范围宽,相关系数0.999以上.利用基体匹配消除干扰,应用于样品测定,测定结果的相对偏差小于3.5%.加标回收率为98%~102%.A sensitive and convenient method based on ICP-AES was established to meet the need of simultaneous determination for six microelement in fertilizer, such as molybdenum, boron, manganese, zinc, iron, copper. Then it was compared with Chinese Standard. This method is rapid and sensitive. The linear range was wide, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999. The disturbance was eliminated by matrix matching, and the actual sample was tested. The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 98 % - 102 % and 3.5 %, respectively.
