神经外科住院患者改善循环及神经营养药物的合理性使用分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨神经外科住院患者使用改善循环及神经营养药物的合理性。方法选取2011年12月～2014年4月收治的80例神经外科住院患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗方法，观察组在对照组的基础上合理给予改善循环及神经营养药物进行治疗，对两组患者治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为55.00%，两组患者的比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论神经外科住院患者合理使用改善循环及神经营养药物可有效提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。Objective Rational use of patients improve rationality circulation and nerve nutrition drugs in Department of neurosurgery.Methods Select 80 cases in our hospital from December to 2014 2011 in Department of neurosurgery in April admitted to the hospital patients as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group on reasonable given improve circulation and nerve nutrition drugsfor treatment, treatment of two groups of patients were comparison and analysis. Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 95%, patients in the control group the total effective rate was 55%, compared the differences between the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients rational use can effectively improve the treatment effect and improving circulation and nerve nutrition drugs in Department of Neurosurgery, is worth the clinical promotion.
