摘 要:针对目前很多产品存在结构组成冗余、工作流程繁杂的问题,提出了一种基于理想解-裁剪法的产品创新设计策略.该策略通过对产品系统进行需求分析确定出系统的理想解,并依据理想解找出产品系统问题存在的部位;在对系统组件进行功能分析的基础上,确定造成系统问题的问题组件,利用裁剪法将问题组件裁剪掉,最终实现消除系统问题的目标.通过使用该策略对现有水面油污清洁器进行改进设计,显著地简化了现有水面油污清洁器的结构组成,提高了其工作效率和工作环境适应性.Facing the fact that many products have redundant structures and complex workflows currently ,an innovation design strategy w hich integrates the ideal result and system trimming method is presented .The strategy took advantage of the system demands analysis to determine the ideal result ,then found out the system problem under the guidance of the ideal result .The function analysis of system components was used to determine the problems caused by defective components of the system ,which were eliminated by using the system trimming method and got the ideal result .This strategy was applied in the existing surface oil cleaner for improved design which significantly simplified the existing surface oil cleaner working processes and improved their working efficiency and environmental compatibility .
