摘  要:针对高压化肥设备用无缝钢管弯制过程中突然断裂的情况,从外观尺寸、化学成分和力学性能、金相组织、冷弯硬化及热处理等方面分析了原因;并探讨了GB 6479—2000制造的20钢管局限性。对弯制前钢管进行正火处理后,低温冲击功上升到,弯管再未发生断裂。认为若未严格正火处理(或终轧温度不符合正火温度或未经空冷),用于高压系统会潜在一定的安全隐患;用户订购高压化肥设备用无缝钢管时应采用2014年7月1日实施的GB 6479—2013;化工企业应加强对高压化肥设备用无缝钢管的重视,对库存或设备改造的旧钢管更应谨慎使用。Analyzed the causes of sudden fracture during the bending process of seamless steel tube used in high pressure chemical fertilizer equipment from the appearance size, chemical composition and mechanical properties, microstructure, cold bending stiffness and heat treatment etc; and discussed the limitations of 20 steel tube manufactured by GB 6479—6479. Low temperature impact led to tube bending never fracturing after normalizing treatment before steel bending. If the steel was not strictly normalizing treatment(or finishing temperature do not conform to the normalizing temperature or without air cooling), it would have certain potential safety hazard used in high pressure system; Seamless steel tube used in high pressure chemical fertilizer equipment should adopt standard GB 6479—2013 implemented in July 1, 2014; Chemical enterprises should strengthen the emphasis of seamless steel tube used in high pressure chemical fertilizer equipment, old steel pipe from inventory or equipment retrofit should be careful to use.
