摘  要:通过对丙烯聚合反应氢调原理、氢气用量与聚丙烯熔融指数的对应关系以及氢调影响因素的分析,指出间歇式聚丙烯装置传统氢气计量误差大、氢调单一、影响氢调的准确性,从而提出了加氢系统精确控制的具体措施。通过增设氢气质量流量计及调节阀,引入DCS系统实现了全自动加氢控制,并以分段加氢的方法,一定程度上控制了聚丙烯产品的分子量分布。经过实证分析,间歇式聚丙烯装置精确加氢改造可以大幅提高熔融指数控制率,拓宽产品牌号,升级产品质量。This paper first analyzed the corresponding relationship among hydrogen regulation theory of propylene polymerization , hydrogen consumption and polypropylene melt index , as well as the influencing factor of hydrogen regulation , and then on this basis , pointed out that there are big errors in traditional measurement of hydrogen gas of intermittent polypropylene device , and that hydrogen regulation is single , which affect accuracy of hydrogen reg-ulation .Therefore concrete measures are proposed for accurate control of hydrogenation system .By adding hydrogen gas mass flowmeter and the regulator , the introduction of DCS system realized the automatic hydrogen filling con-trol, and using the piecewise hydrogenation method , the molecular weight distribution of polypropylene products is controlled to some extent .Through the empirical analysis , it is proved that the intermittent polypropylene device hy-drogenation modification can greatly improve the melt index control precision and broaden the product brand , so as to upgrade the quality of products .
