摘 要:提出了一种采用耦合缺陷接地结构(Coupled-Defected Ground Structure, C-DGS)用于 GHz 差分信号下的新型超宽带共模抑制滤波器。这种新的 C-DGS 由2个彼此相邻的哑铃型 DGS 单元组成。等效电路研究分析表明,与传统的级联DGS 相比, C-DGS 表现出更宽的共模阻带。通过改变 C-DGS 的耦合强度,共模抑制滤波器的阻带带宽可以灵活调整。为了验证这种新的结构,设计、制造并测试了优化后的 C-DGS 测试样品。可以观察到,共模噪声从3.4~12.4 GHz 减少了20 dB以上,而差分信号仍保持良好的质量。A novel ultra-wideband common-mode suppression filter for GHz differential signals using coupled-defected ground structure (C-DGS) is presented. This new C-DGS is composed of two closely located dumbbell-shaped DGS cells. The investigation based on equivalent circuit analysis shows that C-DGS exhibits a much wider common-mode stopband as compared with the conventional cascaded defected ground structure (DGS).Moreover,the stopband bandwidth for the common-mode suppression filter can be flexibly adjusted by changing the coupled strength of the C-DGS. To verify this new structure,a test sample with the optimized C-DGS is designed,fabricated and tested.The measured results show excellent agreement with theoretical results.It is observed that the common-mode noise can be reduced by over 20 dB from 3.4 to 12.4 GHz,while the differential signals still keep a good quality.
