摘　　要：介绍了莱芜钢铁集团有限公司高炉炉前铁水脱硅技术,并根据现场实际生产数据及操作经验,分析总结出了影响脱硅效果和泡沫渣铁的诸多因素,通过采取一系列改进措施,使高炉炉前铁水脱硅效果取得了很大的进步,为冶炼低磷低硫精品钢提供了优质低硅铁水。In the paper, the desilicanization technology in cast house in Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Corporation was intro- duced, the factors that influence desilicanization efficence and slag foam were analyzed according to the operation data and experience. Countermeasures were put forward to improve desiliconization effect and restrain slag foam, a great progress is achieved. Qualified hot metal with low silica was supplied for steel making.
