摘  要:为了提高牵引电动机定子的大修质量,更好地适应列车提速和重载的要求,本文以ZD105型牵引电动机为例,通过采用磁极线圈一体化新工艺使用专用吊具、在连接板上加装压片、改进桥形布线卡和附加极侧安装消弧板等措施,解决了牵引电动机主极接地、附加极接地和连线烧损等问题,增强了牵引电动机定子的机械强度和绝缘强度,确保了牵引电动机的吊运安全和组装质量。In order to improve the heavy repair of traction motor stator to cope with the requirements for raising the train speeds and heavy duty. The paper took the ZD105 traction motor for example and used some new processes such as taking pole coil to one body, retrofitting squash on the collected plate, improved routing card and installed arc extinction plate, by doing that, main pole ground connection, inter pole ground connection and linked lines burning were solved, en- hanced the mechanical and dielectric strength, and insured swing safety and assemble quality of traction motor stator.
