50万t/a甲醇合成装置闪蒸汽甲醇回收的研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍了50万t/a甲醇合成装置的工艺流程;简述了闪蒸汽甲醇回收技改项目的必要性及技改主要内容;分析了技改项目的经济效益和社会效益。结果表明:1每年可回收甲醇4 400t,增加经济效益1 144万元;2每年可降低生产成本886万元。Author has introduced the process flow for methanol synthesis plant with a capacity of 500 000 t/a; has briefly described the necessity and the main contents of technical reformation for methanol recovery from flash steam in the technical reformation project; has analyzed the economic and social benefits for the technical reformation project. Result indicates that：①4 400 t of methanol can be recovered annually, 11 440 000 Yuan RMB of economic benefit can be increased annually;②8 860 000 Yuan RMB of production cost can be decreased annually.
