摘 要:制备羧酸甲基纤维素钠改性蒙脱土修饰电极(CMC-MMT/GC),研究罗红霉素在该电极上的电化学行为,以及缓冲溶液的pH值,罗红霉素的富集时间,电位等因素的影响,并用差分脉冲伏安法对其进行测定。结果表明:在最优化条件下,罗红霉素在5.73×10-4~1.08×10-2 mol/L范围内,氧化峰电流与其浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Ip=-0.59157-0.13898c,相关系数R=0.99,检出限为1.05×10-4 mol/L。The electrode modified with sodium carboxymethylcellulose/montmorillonite nanocomposite was prepared, and the electrochemical behaviors of roxithromycin in the modified electrode were studied. The effects of pH value of buffer solution, preconcentration time and preconcentration potential were discussed. Determination of roxithromycin by differential pulse voltammetry was studied. Under the optimal conditions, the differential pulse voltammetric peak current had a good linear correlation with roxithromy- cin concentration in the range of 5.73 × 10^-4 mol/L to 1.08 × 10^- 2mol/L. The linear regression equation was Ip=-0. 59157-0. 13898c, correlation coefficient R=0.99, and the detection limit was 1.05× 10^-4mol/L.
