摘 要:以反硝化菌的亚硝酸盐还原酶编码基因nirS为分子标记,调查了湖北省公安县崇湖渔场池塘表层底泥反硝化菌丰度的季节变化,并分析了反硝化菌丰度与环境因子的相互关系。结果表明,底泥反硝化菌数量夏季(8月份)最高,为(5.02±1.05)×107copies/g,春季(4月份)与秋季(11月份)次之,分别为(1.76±0.29)×107copies/g和(1.85±0.55)×107copies/g,冬季(1月份)数量最低,为(1.04±0.26)×107copies/g;相关性分析显示,反硝化菌丰度与温度、氨氮呈显著正相关;与溶解氧呈显著负相关。主成分分析表明,无机氮、温度和溶解氧是影响反硝化菌数量的三大主要因子。Investigation was made on the seasonal variation of abundance of dentirifiers and the relationship between the a -bundance of denitrifiers and environmental factors in the surface sediments using the functional gene nirS as a moleclar marker , in Chonghu fishing ground , Gong′an County , Hubei province .Results showed that the abundance of denitrifiers was the highest in summer [(5.02 ±1.05) ×107 copies/g], and then in spring and autumn [(1.76 ±0.29) ×107 cop-ies/g, (1.85 ±0.55) ×107 copies/g, respectively], and the lowest in winter [(1.04 ±0.26) ×107 copies/g].Corre-lation analysis demonstrated that the abundance of denitrifiers was positively correlated with temperature and ammonia , but negatively correlated with DO .Principal component analysis showed that inorganic N , temperature and DO were the three major factors affecting the abundance of denitrifiers .
