摘　　要：目的探讨成人麻疹患者出疹期、恢复期T淋巴细胞表达水平的变化。方法应用流式细胞术分别测定出疹期、恢复期和健康对照者外周血CD+3、CD+4、CD+8T淋巴细胞数目。结果成人麻疹患者出疹期外周血CD+3、CD+4T淋巴细胞数目较健康对照者明显下降(P<0.05),恢复期CD+3、CD+4T淋巴细胞数目上升(P<0.05)。结论检测成人麻疹患者外周血T淋巴细胞数目变化,有助于了解机体的免疫状况,对临床诊治具有重要参考价值。Objective To investigate the changes of T-lymphocyte in adult measles at eruptive stage and convalescence stage. Methods The CD3＋, CD4＋ , CDs T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of adult patients with measles （observation group ） were detected by flow cytometry at eruptive stage and convalescence stage,which were also detected in healthy subjects （ control group ）. The examination results were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The levels of CD3＋ and CD4＋ T-lymphoeytes at eruptive stage in observation group were significantly decreased, as compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）, however, the levels of CD3＋ and CD4＋ T-lymphocytes at convalescence stage in observation group were significantly increased. Conclusion To detect the changes of T-lymphocyte in peripheral blood of adult patients with measles is helpful for understanding the immunity status of organism, which plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of adult measles.
