摘  要:研究了正硅酸乙酯和含氢硅油2种交联剂对高强度缩合型RTV硅橡胶的常温和热空气老化后力学性能及热失重的影响。结果表明,在常温下和热空气老化后,以含氢硅油为交联剂的高强度缩合型RTV硅橡胶的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和180°剥离强度均显著高于以正硅酸乙酯为交联剂的RTV硅橡胶,尤其是撕裂强度高于后者1倍多。在空气和氮气气氛下,含氢硅油为交联剂的RTV硅橡胶热稳定性能均优于正硅酸乙酯为交联剂的RTV硅橡胶。Through the comparative analysis of the mechanical properties at room temperature and after hot airaging and the TGA for the high-strength condensation RTV silicone rubbers cured with TEOS andmethylhydrosiloxane,the effects of the two cross-linkers on the rubber performance were studied. The result showed that atroom temperature and after hot air aging,the tensile strength,elongation at break, tear strength and 180 o peel strength of thehigh-strength condensation RTV silicone rubber cured with methylhydrosiloxane is significantly higher than that for withTEOS,especially the tear strength of the former is over double that of the latter,and the thermal stability of the is better thanthat of the latter.
