纳米材料改性尼龙6的制备及机械性能研究

摘　　要：为了提高尼龙6材料的机械性能,将尼龙6、纳米凹凸棒土、纳米羟基磷灰石晶须、纳米材料分散改性剂乙丙共聚物以及苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯二元接枝改性乙丙橡胶按不同的配比投入高速搅拌机中混合均匀,然后经双螺杆挤出机熔融、混炼、挤出、冷却、干燥、切粒,制备了不同配方的纳米材料改性尼龙6材料。研究发现,缺少纳米材料分散改性剂的尼龙6材料由于缺少对纳米材料的分散改性作用,其相比于普通尼龙6材料的机械性能提升有限,而利用纳米凹凸棒土、纳米羟基磷灰石晶须、纳米材料分散改性剂以及苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯二元接枝改性乙丙橡胶的协同作用进行综合改性后,尼龙材料的机械性能显著提高。To improve the mechanical properties of nylon 6 materials,different proportions of PA6,nano attapulgite,nano hydroxy apatite whiskers,disperse modifier of nano-material and styrene butyl acrylate grafted ethylene propylene rubber were put into a high-speed mixer to mix evenly,then put into the double screw extruder to melt and mix,then to extrude and cool.The test of final product showed that without a disperse modifier the mechanical performance of nylon material were poorly improved,but those using meter attapulgite,nano hydroxyapatite whiskers,disperse modifier of nano material,and styrene butyl acrylate grafted ethylene propylene rubber showed high mechanical performance because of the synergistic effect.
