摘  要:高压电力电缆的电气、机械等诸多性能的优劣直接关系着电力系统的安全与可靠运行。对110kV高压交联聚乙烯电力电缆不同制造工艺的铝护套(如挤铝、氩弧焊铝)进行力学性能研究,结果表明挤压工艺生产的铝护套力学性能优于氩弧焊的,但是氩弧焊的动态力学损耗因数小于挤压的,氩弧焊有缝处的动态力学损耗因数大于无缝处的。两种铝护套的动态力学损耗因数都在频率84Hz附近出现峰值。The electrical, mechanical and other properties of high voltage power cables is directly related to the safe and reliable operation of electric power system. The aluminum sheath of different manufacturing process ( such as ex- trusion aluminum, argon arc welding aluminum) about 110kV high voltage XLPE power cable was studed by means of Mechanical properties. The results show that the mechanical performance of extruding process aluminum sheath is better than that of argon are welding, but the dynamic mechanical loss factor of argon arc welding is less than extrusion, and dynamic mechanical loss factor of argon arc welding seam is larger than the seamless. The dynamic me- chanical loss factor of two kinds of aluminum sheath appears the peak near frequency 84Hz.
