农业科研院所科技服务“三农”工作的研究与思考——以中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所为例

摘　　要：科技兴农是农业长期稳定发展的首要任务,农业科研院所是我国农业科技服务的主力军。文章阐述了农业科研院所科技服务的意义,并结合中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所科技服务"三农"工作的实际,深入分析了农业科研院所科技服务工作存在的问题,提出了提高服务认识、提升服务内涵、加大政策资金扶持力度、加强人才队伍建设等促进农业科研院所做好科技服务的建议。Promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances is the primary task of the long-term stable development of agriculture, and agricultural research institutes are the main force of China＇s agricultural science and technology service. Based on the practical work on science and technology service for ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ in Environment and Plant Protection Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, significance of this work was elaborated and problems related to agricultural science and technology service in agricultural research institutes were analyzed in the paper. Suggestions for agricultural science and technology service in agricultural research institutes were put forward, such as improving the service awareness and service content, increasing policy support, and strengthening the construction of talent team.
