摘　　要："三农"一直是党和政府关注的焦点,其在"新农村建设"这一旗帜的统领下已由大众的普遍关注变为政府实际政策的扶持。我国已经进入由传统渔业向现代渔业发展的新阶段,文章在科学界定现代渔业内涵和特征的基础上,对我国新农村建设中现代渔业存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了制订科学的发展规划、保护渔业生态环境、深化体制机制改革、建设现代渔业产业基地等相关的对策建议,以期为加快现代渔业建设提供理论依据。＂Agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ issue has been the focus of major concern to the party and the government. Under the banner of ＂ the construction of new countryside＂, it changed from a general concern of the public into government policy support. China has entered the new phase of traditional fishery to modern fishery development. Based on scientific definition of the connotation and characteristics of modern fishery, problems of modern tishery in the construction of new countryside in our country were analyzed in the paper. Relevant suggestions were put forward, i.e., making scientific develop plan, protecting ecological environment of fishery, deepening reform of system and mechanism, and constructing modern fishery industrial base. This will provide a theoretical basis for speeding up the construction of modern fishery.
