摘　　要：为了更好地贯彻、实施及应用《交通信息基础数据元第4部分:航道信息基础数据元》(JT/T 697.4—2013)这一新标准,对原标准JT/T 697.4—2007修订的有关情况进行了梳理,包括标准修订的必要性、原则、工作流程和内容。其中,标准修订的内容主要包括五方面:数据元属性修订、增加的数据元、修改的数据元、删除的数据元以及值域代码研究与修订。修订后的新标准结构更合理,内容更充实,应用范围更广,实用性更强。To better implement and apply a new standard named Basic Data Element of Transportation In- Formation Part 4： Basic Data Element of Waterway Information （JT/T 697.4-2013）, the article reviews the revision of the primary standard JT/T 697.4-2007, including the necessity, principles, workflow and contents of the revision. The revision of the standard mainly consists of five aspects： the data element attri- bute revision, the increased data element, the modified data element, the deleted data element, code re- search and revision. The new revised standard has more reasonable structure, more substantial content, a wider range of applications, better practicability.
