摘　　要：毛泽东是中国共产党领导伦理思想的开创者和主要实践者。其领导伦理思想是在长期的革命战争及社会主义建设过程中逐步形成并发展而成的,主要表现在大公无私的精神、坚忍不拔的意志、诚实可信的品格等方面。认真研究毛泽东的领导伦理思想,对于现阶段加强党的领导、改进党的作风,具有重要的借鉴和指导意义。Maozedong is the creator and practitioner for the thought of leading ethics of CPC. The thought has gradually formed and developed from the long revolutionary struggle and the course of construction of socialism. It shows as selfless spirit, firm will, and honest quality and so on. Researching on Maozedong＇s thought of leading ethics is greatly significant for enhancing leadership of the Party, as well as improving work style of the Party.
